Mission Cycling

The Challenge

Mission Cycling is a bicycling club that had a WordPress based blog for the club organizers to communicate to the members. As the club grew, they wanted a full function community site that would allow them to more easily add custom features, while enabling all members to contribute in a structured way.

Our Contribution

The new site allows members to post details and photos of their rides, award each other Jersey's for excellence, comment on rides, and automatically see daily summaries of total rides and peak performances.

An interface to Strava automatically pulls across ride information from GPS data uploaded by members to Strava. This data pre-populates new ride posts and is used to issue awards to club members based on their ride performances.
